The Springfield Nursery (TSN) is a Pre KG, not a Daycare Centre, with focus on the initial academic and social aspects, to give your child an early advantage for the formal education in the subsequent years. We admit kids from the age of two years and up to four years and prepare them to seek admission to KG -1.

Dr. Abdulla Rafeeq
Director of Spiritual Education & Strategic Development
Dr. Abdulla Rafeeq holds a PhD in Arabic Language and a Master’s in Education. He has led the Arabic and Islamic Studies Departments at Noble International School, Doha, and Peace International School, India.
As a member of the CBSE Textbook Committee, New Delhi, he contributed to Arabic textbooks for Grades 9 and 11.
He specializes in curriculum development, teacher training, and Quran recitation. A published Arabic poet, he focuses on integrating spirituality, values, and skills in education.

With a strong foundation in international business and management studies (IBMS), I currently serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Springfield International Montessori, where I oversee the financial strategy, planning, and operations that support our mission of delivering high-quality, child-centered education. My background combines a deep understanding of financial systems with a passion for organizational growth in the education sector. At Springfield, I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial sustainability, transparency, and strategic development across all campuses. Ms Chatura Sawant hold Montessori qualifications from Virginia. Child psychology and Special Need Diploma. Also Post graduation in Education from Liverpool John Moores College.. Uk. She holds a strong background in Montessori pedagogy, early childhood education, and academic leadership.
She has 7 year experience in early childhood education from EMS Alkhor and had own kindergarten for 2 years .
With extensive experience as a Nursery Academic Director , she has successfully blended both curriculum from traditional and EYFS approaches to Montessori frameworks
